Inhibitor 2828 is a combination of non-ionic wetting agents, former and corrosion inhibitors concocter to serve as an aid for pickling and subsequent processes such as phosphatisation and passivation.
Inhibitor 2828 takes off the oil and grease from any metallic surface in a matter of minutes. Due to its strong wetting action, it permits easy and uniform penetration of acids in metallic rust and thereby allows and excellent pickling.
-Pickling for all metal forming application including seamless tube drawing and wire drawing.
-Aid for a phosphating, metal plating or powder coating applications.
-Helps in acid corrosion inhibition.
-Helps in descaling operations in heat exchanger units and boiler equipments along with acids.
